A Message From The Pastor

rev elam wife

Greetings in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Christ. It was the hands of God who guided me and my family to the St. Luke Church Family. The opportunity to serve as St.Luke's Pastor has been a joyful experience. I am looking forward to seeing the Lord take us to greater heights .

As your pastor, my belief is that God desires for each of us to share this ministry together. I believe that we are a church with a purpose, belief, and a direction. I am so thankful to serve as pastor of a Christ Centered Church, where there is such a fervor to know God and his word .

I believe deeply that pastors are a gift from God to churches! Let us continue to run this race together , and live out St. Luke's vision and mission. Let us continue to allow God to direct our path and to become one body of Baptist believers .

First Lady Elam and I are truly blessed by what God is doing in our midst. Our prayers are that we continue to stand together during this movement; as the Spirit of the Lord continues to move in the St. Luke Church Family .

May God bless and keep each of you,
Rev. James Elam, Pastor
